AERO-YOGA

Aero yoga, also known as aerial yoga, is a modern practice that combines elements of traditional yoga with acrobatics and dance. Participants perform poses and exercises using a hammock suspended from the ceiling. This creates an intense workout that develops strength, flexibility, and balance.
The hammock makes it easier to perform inverted poses and reduces joint strain, allowing for deeper stretches and improved posture.
